To the cowardly Drachir,

It appears that you no longer seem interested in pursuing a cure, so now I will inform you of the predicament you have put yourself in. You have not locked me outside of your home. You have locked yourself outside of our country.

I challenge you to a duel. If you cannot decide your fate, then let the gods. Find me in Frjalstad in (7 OOC days.)

Upon receiving the letter, the oarsman scoffed, grabbed a quill, and began to scribble up a hasty reply.

Dear Friend Darys,

It's awfully difficult to say no in situations where a friend has a blade
drawn to ones your head. And, you're correct, I haven't locked you
out of my home, instead Auðrstað as a whole. Hilda is aware of this
statement and is perfectly capable of coming to me to dispute it, but
as you´ve stated, this is our country. The only aggressor in this situation
is you. May I also add, and take as much respect in this is you wish, but
a duel with you guessing at what you carry would be suicide, and in the
end, would be settled by you anyways. Not the gods. Furthermore, even
if I were to consider this duel, what time exactly? Is this timing based on
whatever time it is in Frjálstað or here in Auðrstað? Surely I could just go
on a very long trip westward and evade the passing of day? Otherwise, I
implore you to keep well and look past all this drivel.

Kindest regards,
Drachir Rikardsson

P.S. Are you taking good care of Knightlord? I'd be sad if you weren't. Two
very unfriendly lycanthropes were hunted ages ago to find that poor thing.

It would be delivered back to Frjálstað rather swiftly. A copy of the letter would be drafted during, and
sent to Hilda as well for her judgement and reading pleasure.

The one and only asian
Hilda isn't pleasured by the least upon receiving the letter. A note is carried to Darys's residence by one of the jarl's thralls from the hall of the Hollowgales. It contains naught but a single word and an initial.

Longhouse.
